ก่อนหน้านี้ ผมเคยเข้าใจว่าคนจะนั่งสมาธิบรรลุธรรมได้ ต้องนั่งตัวตรง ต้องศึกษามามาก มีภูมิปัญญามหาศาล มีหลักการในชีวิตมากมาย แต่พอผมได้ฟังว่า แค่วางใจสบายๆก็สามารถเข้าถึงได้ ผมยอมรับเลยว่าตอนนั้นไม่เชื่อเลย จนกระทั่งวันที่ผมได้เห็นดวงใสๆ ผมจึงเปลี่ยนความคิดของผมทั้งหมด ผมรู้แล้วว่า "การทำสมาธิไม่เกี่ยวกับ IQ แต่ขอเพียงทำถูกวิธีเท่านั้น" หลังจากนั้นเป็นต้นมาผมจึงรักการนั่งสมาธิมาก
